Prior to her work in the Mayor’s office, Mindy spent close to two decades as the founding Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), a nonprofit organization (and spinoff of the Vera Institute of Justice) that provides employment services to people who have recently been incarcerated, leading a national expansion effort of CEO to multiple states.  Early in her career, Mindy worked in New York City’s Office of Management and Budget, where she rose to the position of Deputy Director.
