Michelle D’Agrosa Dakin serves as Lead HR Consultant at For The People, strengthening the people practices, culture, and organizational systems that enable FTP’s staff to thrive and advance its mission. Her work spans organizational design, talent and leadership development, performance, learning, and employee experience.
Her focus is building the organizational capacity behind ambitious missions and creating the conditions for people to grow and contribute. At FTP, this includes ensuring that how people work together reflects the values and respect at the heart of its mission.
Michelle brings more than 15 years of experience leading people and organizational work across mission-driven, creative, and service organizations. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and is the founder of as well as, an HR consulting practice.
