Chabely brings more than 15 years of experience partnering with CEOs and senior leaders on high-stakes projects, events, and operations. Prior to For The People, she was Executive Business Partner and Project Manager at a mission-driven consulting firm, where she produced salon series and convenings for leaders in philanthropy and social change. Before that, she spent five years at an award-winning creative agency, supporting client work for some of the world's most recognized brands.

Chabely got her start as an entrepreneur, founding and running her own retail business in Miami for before managing operations for a New York fashion brand. She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Florida International University.
