Candice L. Carnage

Chief Operating and Financial Officer, National Recreation and Park Association

Candice L. Carnage has leveraged her love for numbers and problem solving into the Chief Operating and Financial Officer role for National Recreation and Park Association, a $24 million nonprofit dedicated to the advancement of public parks, recreation and environmental resilience. She is versatile, high-energy executive with extensive nonprofit experience that has led organizations through change and challenges to support their mission, including The Bronx Defenders, The Innocence Project, Ms. Foundation for Women and Amnesty International, USA. Her background with Deloitte and Touché and Bad Boy Worldwide Entertainment after graduating from Columbia Business School solidify her background as a music lover who is also an accountant.

Candice serves as the Treasurer for the boards of For The People, Alliance for Justice, CAI Global, and the Violet Torch Foundation. She’s a charter member of her undergraduate’s SUMA (Syracuse University Multicultural Advancement) Council, a longtime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, and serves the Westchester Alumnae Chapter as Co-Fundraising Chair.
